Cory began his career in the energy sector after earning his degree in Mechanical Engineering, where he honed his skills in project management, precision, and decision-making under pressure. In 2016, he transitioned into real estate as a mortgage specialist with CIBC, building a strong foundation in financing before becoming a licensed Realtor in 2019. Since then, he has guided clients through buying, selling, and investing with confidence, blending data-driven analysis with genuine care for their goals.

What excites Cory most about real estate is helping people navigate life’s biggest transitions, whether it’s finding a first home, selling a cherished family property, or investing in the future. Known for his clear communication, problem-solving ability, and deep local knowledge, he is committed to making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Cory is dedicated to his family and community. He and his wife, Jaclyn, are raising their three boys, Max, Evan, and Gray, in Victoria where they are active in youth sports. Cory coaches his sons’ baseball teams and proudly supports local organizations like Beacon Hill Little League. When he is not on the field or working with clients, you will likely find him golfing, staying fit, or playing the piano.
